This man also has a woman for a pastor and several gay/lesbian "brothers and sisters" who have been married through this church. I am already convinced as to what Scripture says, but I feel like I'm banging my head up against a wall. You seem to be very well-grounded in the truth and I am curious as to what your take is on this?

If you have a chance, please visit my post => Right vs. LeftDani Kekoahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12551545245512227602noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19322660.post-1146074771515870032006-04-26T11:06:00.000-07:002006-04-26T11:06:00.000-07:00Thanks Dani,I think the only reason why I said I d...Thanks Dani,
I think the only reason why I said I don't know if I completely agree with Augustine's desription of the origin of evil is a potential problem for where the desire to reject good originated, thus the problem only shifts to why we will certain things over others. This should be treated seperatly from the origin of evil itself though.

I agree I think the description of evil as the absence of good is an accurate one (as you compared it to light and darkness' relationship)thus evil is not a thing thus it was not created by God who created all things.R.S. In the same way, God did not create darkness, just as He did not create evil.

As morals creatures, we have the ability to choose to love or to hate. God created us as relational beings, but he does not force anyone to have a relationship with Him, or love and honor Him. Love has to be freely given. We can either choose to love God and spend eternity with Him, or we can choose to hate God and spend eternity separated from Him.Dani Kekoahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12551545245512227602noreply@blogger.com
